Our Story
Welcome to Taste of Thai Los Gatos
Taste of Thai Los Gatos opened in July 2026, continuing the tradition of the beloved Thai Spice Los Gatos, which proudly served our community since 2004.
When the original owner retired, she passed the restaurant on to one of her longtime employees, along with the original recipes and flavors that customers have loved for more than 20 years.

Today, as Taste of Thai Los Gatos, we are proud to carry on that legacy while bringing our own warmth and care to every dish. We continue to prepare authentic Thai favorites using fresh ingredients and the same time-honored recipes that have been part of this restaurant since 2004.
